PlantBio’s products are manufactured in its sister manufacturing plant located in Malaysia under ISO 22000 and HACCP standard to ensure the upmost quality control.

PlantBio only selects specific ingredients worldwide with scientific research. However, it is PlantBio’s proprietary R&D and formulation to incorporate the ingredients into functional nutraceutical products. Technically speaking, PlantBio products are considered products of Malaysia although there are joint research with international research institutions.

The powder in the sachet is easily dissolvable with room temperature water or lukewarm water (360C-400C)

5 to 10 working days depending on the quantity.

Product shortage or damage should be informed and claimed within 14 days.

All PlantBio’s products are manufactured under stringent ISO 22000 and HACCP standard. Every product is classified by Malaysia National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agent as food.

Yes, all PlantBio’s products are HALAL certified by Malaysia Halal Certification Body, JAKIM.

Our core principle of developing a new formulation is “first, do no harm to the body” and therefore we do not risk our consumers’ health by adding fillers or unhealthy ingredients like creamer, white sugar, maltodextrin, GM ingredients, etc, into our formulation. We opt for organic as a first choice of ingredient selection, then subsequently natural ingredients if organic is not available.

We impose a serious quality checking on the spec of every individual ingredient to ensure the efficacy of the product is always consistent.
