Most frequent questions and answers

Customs Import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees and/or additional charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are Buyers’ responsibility. Please check with your country’s Customs Office or local UPS or DHL brokerage office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

P/S: International customers may be subject to import duties & taxes, brokerage fees and/or additional charges from your local government agency which are the responsibility of the Buyer and are collected at the time of delivery.

We assist our buyers to declare their purchase at lower price in the commercial invoice and as personal use / gift to minimize the chances of being imposed import tax and duties or any brokerage fees.

Item ship via DHL/UPS WORLDWIDE EXPRESS SHIPPING where you shall receive it within 2-3 business days.

Handling time: 1 business days of receipt of payment except public holidays of Malaysia (GMT+8) & weekends

We offer significant discounts for multiple purchases. Please wait until all your purchases are completed before paying or you will not enjoy the discount. To take advantage of our combined shipping rates, please finish shopping first, then complete the checkout process.

Please contact us prior to any return. Returns of merchandise must be in its unused original condition and a tracking code for inspection and processing within 30 days of receipt of product.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. FULL Refund of merchandise will be issued after the seller received the return item in its original condition.

If the order qualified for free shipping we will withhold and not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred by us. We reserve the right to decline any return where the product is not in acceptable condition.

In order to continue to offer the lowest prices on the internet, we cannot provide refunds for opened products that are not defective nor can we refund freight or handling charges unless the products has shipped back to us. The terms of our return policy may change without notice.

If the original charge underwent currency conversion, the refunded amount converts back using the same process. There are no fees to refund a charge, but the fees from the original charge aren’t returned.

We submit refund requests to your bank or card issuer immediately. Your will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.

Some refunds—those issued shortly after the original charge—appear in the form of a reversal instead of a refund. In the case of a reversal, the original charge drops off the customer’s statement, and a separate credit is not issued.
